Crtitical Consciousness
Since consciousness cannot be verified to be present in a machine therefore machine can ever be conscious but definitely it can aim to achieve something near about this consciousness. Let us call that state “Critical Consciousness”.
Thus the state which is very near about the real consciousness but not actually is consciousness, that term is called “Critical Consciousness”. This critical consciousness can definitely be achieved by the machines because we can only assume that a machine is conscious and that assumption can be very near to surety.
